Welcome to the Feminine & Fit 5-Day Challenge (“Challenge”), hosted by Kiki Black and operating under Yoga Seduction LLC™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Feminine & Fit and all related programs function under the Yoga Seduction™ trademark and are managed through Yoga Seduction LLC.

By registering for this Challenge—or any Feminine & Fit or Yoga Seduction program—you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

This Challenge is for women 18 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are participating voluntarily.

2. Challenge Format & Access

This is a live online workshop held via Zoom. You are responsible for logging in on time using the link provided.

If you miss a session and are not enrolled in VIP, replays will not be available.If you notify us in advance of a scheduling conflict, we may choose (at our discretion) to make the content available to you, but this is not guaranteed.All access info will be emailed. Please check your inbox and prepare ahead of each session.

3. Payment & Dispute Policy

All payments are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including missed sessions or tech issues.By registering, you waive the right to initiate a chargeback or refund dispute through your bank, PayPal, or any provider.Attempts to reverse payment are a breach of these terms and may result in removal from the program and legal action.

4. VIP Access

Only VIP participants receive:

Replays of all sessions A bonus pre-session Q&A Exclusive additional materials

No replays or bonus content will be provided to general participants unless granted in advance, at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials—spoken, written, visual, and conceptual—are the sole property of Feminine & Fit LLC under Yoga Seduction LLC™.

You may not reproduce, share, teach, or reuse any Challenge content.

Violation will result in removal from the Challenge and possible legal action.

6. Confidentiality & Group Conduct

You agree to:

Keep all participant information confidential Refrain from disrespect, harassment, or hate speech Engage respectfully and protect the integrity of the group

Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Content & Activity Disclaimer

This Challenge may cover emotionally sensitive topics such as femininity, mindset, emotional regulation, and personal responsibility.

It may also include light physical tasks (e.g., placing your hand in cold water).

By participating, you acknowledge that:

You are joining voluntarily and at your own risk We are not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes This is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or legal advice

8. Technical Access

We are not responsible for issues on your end, including:

Internet connection problems

Trouble logging in Device issues or technical disruptions

Ensure your tech is set up and functioning before each session.

9. Cancellation or Rescheduling

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel sessions due to emergencies or unforeseen events. No refunds will be issued.

10. Applicability to All Programs

These terms apply to this Challenge and all other live or digital programs hosted under Feminine & Fit or Yoga Seduction LLC unless otherwise stated.

11. Agreement to Terms

By completing your payment and registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
